AIONIX is building the intelligence layer for AI-powered workplaces. You will own the full AI development loop, taking ideas from experimentation to production-grade agents that operate at enterprise scale. You will work directly with the Founder/CTO and CPO, reporting to the CTO, without layers in between.
You'll focus on shipping practical AI that customers actually use, with solid emphasis on evals, observability, and cost visibility to govern deployments and ensure real-world value.
