ROLE
This is a varied role where you will be liaising with international clientele providing exceptional customerservice. You will be handling high volume of inbound enquiries regarding orders,



product inquiries and problem solving.
You will have the opportunity to be trained across all areas of their customer service fields - this is an incredible chance to gain skills beyond basic customer service, offering long term opportunities and pathways.
This role is shift based with award and penalty rates in place according to hours worked.
Operating hours for this roe: Mon-Fri : 8am - 10pm. Rotating Roster.
Free parking is available and public transport is a 5-minute walk from their modern, clean and safe offices.
REQUIREMENTS
Proficient in both languages- Thai and English
Available to workMon-Fri, 8AM to 10PM - rotating roster
Available to commence 4th of September ****
Phone based experience in preferred but not essential
Intermediate PC skills - email, websites and Microsoft applications
Excellent verbal communication skills
Can work well under pressure and achieve set targets
Enjoy working as part of a team
Strong relationship building skills
