The Role
You'll operate at Director level, delivering specialised valuations while helping shape both local and national business strategy.
Childcare centres
Hotels, motels and accommodation assets
Student accommodation, boarding houses and serviced accommodation
Service stations and complimentary assets
Pubs, licensed venues and hospitality assets
Client management across banks, developers, funds and trusts
Strategic input into NSW and national growth plans
Opportunity to leverage existing relationships and market presence
Mentor and support emerging valuers within the team
Contribute to business development and market expansion initiatives

What You'll Bring
CPV qualification
Strong specialised assets / going concern valuation experience
Experience across childcare, accommodation, hospitality or complimentary assets highly regarded
Commercial mindset and ability to contribute strategically
Interest in leadership and helping shape future growth
