The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is seeking an APS5 National Contact Centre Auslan Service Officer to deliver accessible support via our Auslan video service. The role engages Deaf and hard-of-hearing participants, assisting them to navigate the NDIS.
You will handle inbound/outbound Auslan video calls, emails and webchat, with rotating 7.5 hour shifts between 8am and 7pm. Comprehensive training, adaptable hybrid working and role variety are available.
