About The Role
We are looking for someone ready to step up into a Finance Manager role and take ownership of the finance function across a number of our software businesses, while partnering closely with leadership to support performance, reporting, and growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role operating at the intersection of financial control and commercial business partnering. You will play a key role in strengthening financial processes, improving visibility of performance, and supporting strategic decision-making across the businesses.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the finance function, contributing to business strategy, planning, and performance
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and end-to-end financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely insights
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax, and statutory requirements, including managing audits and internal controls
Partner with business leaders to provide financial analysis, support decision-making,



and identify opportunities for improvement
Drive continuous improvement across finance processes, systems, and reporting (including system enhancements such as NetSuite)
Champion AI enablement within the finance function, identifying practical ways to automate routine tasks, improve reporting insights, and build stronger team capability
Manage and develop junior-finance resources, while collaborating with regional and global finance teams
Support growth initiatives, including acquisitions, due diligence, integration, and other strategic projects
Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA or equivalent preferred).
3-5+ years' accounting / finance experience, ideally in a listed company.
Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
Skilled in Excel and financial software, with strong analytical ability.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities.
