We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our Camperdown manufacturing operation and drive safety, quality, service and operational performance.About the RoleReporting to the Site Manager, you will lead the day-to-day manufacturing operation, ensuring DIFOT performance, production efficiency, quality outcomes and a robust safety culture.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate daily production operationsDrive DIFOT performance and ensure quality complianceManage production scheduling and labour planningDevelop rosters and resource plansAct as the link between scheduling, production and logisticsIdentify and implement continuous improvement opportunitiesLead, coach and develop production team membersMaintain safety, FeedSafe,
