Role Overview:Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesiologist responsible for providing comprehensive, hands-on anesthesia care for neonatal and pediatric cardiac patients in an inpatient setting.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver 100% hands‐on anesthesia for pediatric cardiac cases, including neonatal cardiac surgeries and catheterizations.Supervise CRNAs and participate in a 1:3 call rotation, including weeknight beeper coverage from 5:30 PM to 7:30 AM and 24-hour weekend coverage.Work primarily Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with call duties outside these hours.Qualifications & SkillsBoard certification in anesthesia.Fellowship training in pediatric cardiac anesthesia.Experience in pediatric cardiac cases, neonatal care, and congenital heart disease procedures.Ability to supervise staff and manage complex pediatric cardiac patients.Additional DetailsWork on‐site at a facility with specialized pediatric cardiac services.Variable case load and patient population focused on children.Participation in a structured call schedule, ensuring coverage during weekdays and weekends.
