As our National Commercial Operations Analyst - Retail Performance FP&A;, you will sit at the centre of decision-making across our national network.This is not a back-office reporting role.You will work directly with the Chief Operating Officer, State Teams, Regional Managers and the National Support Centre to turn data into action, financial insight into operational change, and AI capability into real business outcomes.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORExperience & CapabilityProven experience in a commercial analyst or business operations analyst roleStrong capability in analysing P&Ls;, balance sheets and multi-site retail or franchise networksExperience working with large operational datasets and turning them into insightExposure to AI, automation or advanced analytics in a practical business settingRetail, franchise, multi-site or operationally complex business experience highly regardedTechnical SkillsAdvanced Excel / data modelling skillsStrong reporting and dashboarding capability (Power BI, Tableau or similar preferred)Commercial acumen — understands how decisions impact profitability and cashAbility to build metrics that actually drive behaviour, not just reportingPersonal AttributesCommercially curious — asks why, not just whatConfident communicator who can challenge constructivelyComfortable working with senior leaders and frontline teams alikeHighly organised, self-driven and outcomes-focusedAdaptable and comfortable working across diverse parts of the businessKEY RESPONSIBILITIESAnalyse P&Ls;, balance sheets and cash flow across company-owned and franchise businessesIdentify trends, risks,
