Deliver exceptional wine experience, you will have an unwavering passion and appreciation of wine.
This is a hands-on role with focus on service delivery, upkeep, and maintenance of the wine cellar.

new and old worldPassion for the wine industryStrong understanding of management practicesDemonstrated experience in leading high-performing teams and exceeding targetsExceptional service skills and guest focusedExperience with stock control and inventory management is advantageousMust be up-to-date with industry trendsHighly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periodsProven ability in building effective relationshipsOrganisational and time management skillsExceptional communication and presentationFull time availability including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shiftsWSET certification or similar is highly regardedVictorian RSA certificateWorking with Lucas Collective:We exist to see our team succeed.
