Venue Manager, Premium F&B; Precinct, Sundays Off, to $120K+SOur client is seeking a agile, commercially-minded Venue Manager to lead one of the Gold Coast's most exciting high-volume dining destinations.We're looking for a hands‐on operator who thrives in a fast‐paced premium‐casual environment, combining strong financial acumen with the ability to drive energy, culture and exceptional guest experiences across the entire venue.The venue is large, vibrant, design‐led and built around high‐energy service, strong culture and the guest experience.
Part of a large hospitality group who pride themselves on contemporary spaces and product‐driven F&B.You;'ll take full ownership of the venue's operational and financial performance, leading a high-performing team while ensuring service standards, profitability and atmosphere are consistently delivered at a high level.
Lots of support from other department heads and managers within the precinct.What You'll Be DoingManaging labour costs, rostering and stock/wastage against budgetDriving team culture, accountability, and performance dailyCreating a seamless, engaging guest experience from open to closeOverseeing service flow, bookings, waitlists, and day‐to‐day venue operationsCoaching and developing the team through strong, visible leadershipWorking closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth execution and cost efficiencyIdentifying and driving revenue opportunities through upselling,



guest engagement, and commercial initiativesMaintaining a polished, energetic venue atmosphere at all timesReporting on venue performance to senior leadership within the precinctAbout YouYou're a confident and commercially astute hospitality leader who brings energy, composure, and financial discipline to every shift.You likely come from:Premium or premium‐casual restaurantsHigh‐volume environments with elevated service standardsStrong hospitality groups or highly regarded independent venuesYou'll bring:Proven experience managing a venue's P&L;, budgets and cost controlProven experience leading large teams in fast‐paced service environmentsStrong operational and commercial management capabilityA guest‐first mindset with exceptional people skillsNatural leadership and the ability to motivate teams under pressureCommercial awareness and a clear understanding of how service and cost control drive profitabilityHigh standards, positive energy, and a calm approach during busy periodsBeverage and wine knowledgeWhy This Role?
