As People and Culture Manager, you will drive the strategic heartbeat of the hotel, ensuring our people and culture fuel both exceptional guest experiences and strong commercial outcomes.Job DescriptionReporting to the General Manager, you will be both architect and guardian of our culture.
Your influence will shape the way leaders lead, teams perform, and the hotel delivers results in a luxury setting.
You will connect talent strategy directly to business performance, balancing care with accountability.Partner with leaders to drive performance, engagement and accountabilityLead workforce planning aligned to business strategy and financial targetsElevate leadership capability through coaching, development and succession planningDrive impactful employee initiatives that influence engagement and retentionOversee recruitment and onboarding experiences that attract top-tier luxury talentFacilitate training across all levels from large scale brand immersions to bespoke coursesExpert management of employee relations and compliance, protecting both people and the brandChampion culture initiatives aligned to Sofitel's art de vivreOperational excellence through HR systems, analytics and reporting that inform commercial decisionsLead and develop the People and Culture team, creating structure,
