NAB is seeking a Consultant Employee Relations Services on a 6 month fixed-term contract, with locations in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane. You will join NAB's People and Culture function as part of a Centre of Excellence and advise leaders on complex employee relations matters.
You'll conduct investigations, interpret NAB policies and awards, respond to unfair dismissal and discrimination claims, and support training to strengthen people-leader capability.
