We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Functional Consultant to join a large-scale transformation program.About the RoleYou'll work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, translate requirements into practical ServiceNow solutions, and provide functional direction to developers throughout delivery.This is a client-facing consulting role suited to someone who can take ownership, communicate confidently and turn business problems into effective ServiceNow solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with business stakeholders and lead requirements/discovery workshopsTranslate business requirements into ServiceNow functional designsDevelop user stories, acceptance criteria and process documentationPerform hands-on ServiceNow configuration where requiredProvide functional guidance to ServiceNow developersReview configuration and development against agreed designsSupport testing, defect investigation and resolutionWork collaboratively with architects, developers, BAs, testers and other delivery teamsProvide practical recommendations and challenge requirements where appropriateRequired ExperienceStrong ServiceNow implementation experience across one or more of:HR Case Management / HRSDHR Journey / Journey ManagementWorkplace Health & SafetyContract ManagementExperience must include functional design, configuration and implementation,
