Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our team on a casual basis. Your primary role will be to provide exceptional customer service, manage appointments, and create a positive and efficient environment for both our patients and team members.
Responsibilities:
Warmly welcome patients and visitors to our clinic
Manage appointment scheduling and coordination
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
Verify insurance information and process claims




Assist with billing and payment processing
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting
Collaborate closely with our dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a dental receptionist is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities
Proficiency in dental software and basic computer skills
Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus
A positive and friendly attitude with a passion for patient care
