A leading public transport infrastructure organization is seeking an experienced Project Manager Rail Delivery to lead key strategic and operational projects supporting the ongoing development of the rail network.
The role will manage the full project lifecycle, from pre-feasibility through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered within agreed timeframes, budgets and governance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and delivery of strategic and operational projectsPlan, coordinate and manage project activities, deliverables, resources and timelinesLead project governance, including risk and issue management, reporting and escalationDevelop project documentation, business cases and supporting materialsNegotiate and resolve complex project management issuesBuild strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies and transport operatorsMonitor project performance against agreed scope, schedule, budget and quality requirements
About You
Degree-qualified in Engineering, Project Management, Business or a related disciplineDemonstrated project management experience within rail,



transport or infrastructureStrong understanding of project governance, risk management and delivery frameworksProven ability to manage budgets, schedules, resources and project deliverablesStrong stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skillsAbility to manage complex projects and competing priorities within defined timeframes and budgetsRelevant project management qualifications or qualified membership will be highly regarded
