You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality D&C; fit-out projects from inception through to completion, while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and deliver commercial fit-out projects on time and within budgetWork closely with clients to translate workplace strategy and brand vision into tangible design and construction outcomesAct as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted, long-term relationshipsLead project teams, providing direction, mentorship, and supportLiaise with clients, consultants,



and subcontractors to ensure smooth project deliveryDrive programme, cost, and quality outcomes across multiple projectsImplement and utilise construction management systems effectivelyEnsure all works comply with safety standards, regulations, and best practicesAbout YouDegree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar5+ years' experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction or fit-outs, either client-side or with a D&C; businessProven experience delivering projects end-to-endExperience or robust interest in workplace strategy and helping clients bring their brand to life through their spaceStrong leadership and communication skills, with genuine confidence operating in a client-facing capacityClient-focused with the ability to build lasting relationshipsWell-versed in construction systems, processes, and complianceWhat's on OfferExposure to high-quality commercial office fit-out and workplace strategy projectsA genuinely client-facing role with real ownership of the client relationshipSupportive and collaborative team environmentOpportunity to work with a respected national business
