This diverse role will see you involved in everything from business development and route planning to technical drawings, tender preparation, and in office project support.This is a rare opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and meaningful work across major renewable energy and infrastructure projects.
With company growth comes career development — including the potential to step into project management roles on $10m–$100m+ projects.Responsibilities:You will have the following responsibilities.Conduct business development tasks such as documentation review, pricing, CAD drawings, site visits, and client meetingsPrepare Oversize/Overmass transport route surveys and Traffic Management Plans,
including swept path drawings using AutoCADProduce lashing diagrams and detailed transport plans using AutoCADAssist in tender submissions including document preparation, review, and stakeholder meetingsProvide traffic related civil engineering review and advice on renewable energy(wind farm) and construction projectsSupport or manage projects across planning, execution, and delivery phasesProvide general support across quality, safety, and HR functions as neededAbout You:You will bring the following.Degree-qualified in Civil EngineeringProficient in AutoCAD with experience in transport design or logistics applicationsStrong analytical, organisational, and communication skillsPractical knowledge of or interest in Oversize/Overmass transport and logisticsPrevious experience in wind farm and/or unsealed road constructionCapable of working autonomously and managing multiple prioritiesWillingness to travel for site visits and client engagements as neededExperience with AutoTurn, SolidWorks, or Adobe InDesignKnowledge or interest in drones, LiDAR, or digital survey methods (training provided)Understanding of and experience in project management principles and methodologiesReady to bring your engineering skills to a high-impact transport role?
