They provide exceptional occupational therapy services to children aged 0-18 years across schools, clinics, and community settings.This is a well-established clinic with over 30 therapists to learn and collaborate with.




They offer flexible working conditions and the opportunity for junior clinicians to do joint sessions with an experienced OT.The RoleAs a Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist/ Team Leader you will will provide clinical support and mentoring to a small team of Occupational Therapists.You will work as part of an MDT where you will also have access to ongoing 1:1 supervision and mentoring from an experienced team of leaders.As an OT-owned and operated company, the needs of a clinician are understood and listened to, with the owner believing that work-life balance is fundamental to a business's success.They offer ongoing mentoring and support as well as 5 weeks of holiday and hybrid working options.QualificationsTertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or equivalentFull AHPRA registrationAdditional informationEstablished leadership team to help you grow into your role5 weeks holiday and paid parental leaveLeadership OpportunityBe careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
