If you want your work to matter, this is the place.About the RoleLocation: PerthWe're looking for an experienced and highly organised Business Services Coordinator to cover a maximum term maternity leave period from 1 September **** to 31 August **** (the contract may end earlier if the substantive employee returns to work sooner).
This role is based at our Fremantle office, on High Street.
You'll keep the business running day to day, supporting our leadership team, managing finance administration, maintaining compliance documentation, coordinating travel, overseeing office operations, and supporting our people and HR processes.You'll work across a broad range of functions simultaneously as a trusted partner to our leadership team.

and Fair Work complianceWorkforce planning: resource forecasting, performance cycle coordination, and Employment Hero system managementGeneral administration: policy maintenance, facilities coordination, and organisational reportingTravel: company booking and expenditure coordinationSecurity: DISP compliance administrationOHS and regulatory compliance including insurance administrationWhat You'll Bring2-4 years of experience in a business services, operations coordination, or executive support roleDemonstrated ability to manage multiple functions across finance, HR, facilities, and complianceExperience with Xero or a comparable finance/administration platform is highly regardedFamiliarity with employment contracts and Fair Work compliance in an Australian contextClear, professional written communication and solid document managementA proactive approach; you spot what needs doing and get on with itComfort operating in a compliance conscious environment; exposure to DISP, ISO, or regulated industries is an advantageAbility to work full-time in AustraliaA tertiary qualification in business administration, HR, or a related field is preferred, not essentialSecurity RequirementsGreenroom Robotics operates under the Defence Industry Security Program (DISP).
This role requires the successful candidate to be eligible for DISP membership and to support the company's security obligations through accurate record keeping and compliance administration.A prior security clearance is not required.
The successful candidate must be willing to undergo a background check as part of onboarding.
