KYC/Client Onboarding Analyst - Investment BankingJS Careers is currently assisting a global investment bank in Australia to source a KYC professional with 2+ years of institutional KYC/client onboarding experience.
In this role you will assist with KYC and client-onboarding for their client base, with a focus on institutional clients.
This position will join an experienced local team to ensure KYC policies and procedures are robust whilst covering broader transaction monitoring and AML duties.Duties will entail:Compliance review and opinion on KYC Due Diligence files for clients initial onboarding and periodic review;Escalation of deficiencies in client due diligence to local and regional management;Assisting local compliance management to answer business and generalist questions about KYC;Updating the relevant policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the recent regulatory requirements;Provide input where required to ensure applicable global and regional standards are appropriately implemented locally;Identify, coordinate,



undertake or lead change to improve process and application of FCC's policies and procedures; including the necessary enhancements.To be suitable for this role you must have the following experience :Current, or recent expertise (2+ years) in KYC due diligence including:On-boarding of new customers (within a corporate/institutionalcontext);Re-certification of existing customers;Use of customer due diligence software;Current expertise in Know Your Customer due diligence in a non-retail banking environment;Tertiary studies in Banking/Finance, Law, Accounting, Commerce or related field preferred.For further information please apply or get in touch with Troy Geddes at JS Careers on ****** careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
