Specialising in Infrastructure Investments, you'll gain exposure to the dynamic investment management industry while making a meaningful impact on our investment strategies.
In this hands-on role, you will support QIC's investment capability from a back-office capacity, handling various day-to-day operational elements across QIC's Finance Investments function, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all reporting deliverables.Key responsibilities:Record and process investment-related transactions and valuations in the eFrontInvest system.Ensure compliance with investment mandate obligations and internal controls.Monitor and reconcile cash flow requirements and balances.Prepare month-end workpapers and unit pricing.Reconcile key balances and investment data.Assist with reporting obligations and year-end financial reporting and audits.Support and collaborate with senior team members on operational tasks and reporting activities.About youDegree in Accounting/Finance, Business, Commerce, or equivalent.Completing or completed CA or CPA qualification.Exceptional analytical skills, with a knack for solving complex problems and managing multiple priorities seamlessly.High standard of accuracy and attention to detail.Proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and a willingness to master new systems.Robust communication skills and a collaborative mindset to build relationships across teams.While it would be viewed favourably, investment industry experience is not a prerequisite to succeed in this role.
