Many of our contracts have been under continuous management for more than 10 years, reflecting our strong client relationships and high operational standards.About the roleThis role is central to ensuring the smooth coordination and delivery of cleaning and facilities management services across multiple sites.
You will assist with planning, scheduling, reporting, documentation, and ongoing communication between site teams, contractors, and stakeholders.The position requires someone who is organised, proactive, and confident managing priorities in a busy operational environment.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as you will regularly act as a key point of contact for project updates and operational coordination.You will have autonomy to deliver known business outcomes within a transparent operational framework.The role mainly consists of:Completing contract reviews and negotiating variations with each of the clientsPreparing,



reviewing and submitting monthly and quarterly reports concerning the contracts to clients and senior managementDevelop, review and negotiate variations to the contract, programs, projects and servicesMaintaining budgets, preparing and submitting annual contract cost increasesAdvising Executive Managers on matters requiring attention to ensure their decisions are implementedTracking and achieving contractual and business KPI's including general strategy, contract retention and site/portfolio profitabilityResponding to inquiries and resolving problems concerning contracted services provided and implementing required changes to meet customer's expectationsRecruiting, training and developing of the management team to ensure contract compliance and successionOversee work by contractors and report on variations to work orders.Managing & owning customer relationshipsBusiness development and profit optimisation across the contract portfolioManaging paperwork related with contracts and variationsSkills and experienceThe skills and qualifications that this position requires include:Management and operations experience this is a necessityMinimum 2 years' experience in the titled role or a highly relevant field - such as Construction, Engineering, IT, Maintenance, etc.Robust connection to our corporate culture and understanding of our values and ideals.Accountability, autonomy, responsibility and adaptability are sought after qualities in the right candidateMarket leading based on commensurate experience
