It involves leading a team to ensure the successful completion of residential and commercial builds.What you'll be doingCoordinating and supervising all in office construction activities and personnelEnsuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgetsIdentifying and resolving any issues or problems that arise on siteLiaising with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain strong relationshipsPromoting a safe work environment and enforcing safety protocolsProviding hands‐on support and guidance to the construction teamMonitoring quality control and implementing corrective measures as neededPreparing and submitting daily, weekly,
