We are looking for a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality finishes while adhering to safety protocols.
This is a permanent, full time role that requires experience in painting high-rise buildings using rope access techniques.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparing external surfaces of high-rise buildings and structures for painting by cleaning, scraping, sanding, and applying primers using rope access techniques.Mixing and matching paint colours to achieve the desired results, ensuring consistency across large surface areas.Applying paint, protective coatings, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment while working at heights.Conducting detailed inspections to ensure all work meets safety standards, quality requirements, and client specifications.Maintaining and inspecting painting tools, rope access equipment,



and safety gear to ensure they are in good working condition.Strictly adhering to workplace health and safety regulations, including safe work methods for working at heights.Skills & QualificationsRelevant Certificate III level (or higher) or 3 years of experienceAt least 1 year of relevant work experience in the painting industryFamiliarity with different types of paints, finishes, varnishes, and tools (brushes, rollers, sprayers).
