Nuclear Medicine Technologist (PET/CT) NEW SERVICEFull-Time or Part-Time | New PET/CT Service | South West SydneyJoin Our New PET/CT ServiceSpectrum Medical Imaging is opening a new, purpose-built PET/CT imaging practice in South West Sydney and is seeking an enthusiastic Nuclear Medicine Technologistto join our foundation team.
This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in, helping establish clinical workflows and a positive team culture while working with modern PET/CT technology in a patient-focused environment.About the RoleYou will perform high-quality PET/CT imaging and provide safe, compassionate care throughout the patient journey.
Working closely with our Nuclear Medicine Physicians, Radiologists and wider team, you will contribute to the successful establishment and growth of the new service.Key responsibilities include:Performing PET/CT examinations in line with clinical protocolsPreparing, educating and positioning patientsAdministering radiopharmaceuticals safely and in accordance with relevant requirementsMaintaining radiation safety, quality assurance and infection control standardsEnsuring accurate patient documentation and recordsSupporting the development of efficient clinical and operational workflowsContributing to a collaborative culture and continuous quality improvementAbout YouWe are looking for a motivated Nuclear Medicine Technologist who takes pride in delivering quality imaging and an exceptional patient experience.Ideally, you will bring:Current AHPRA registration as a Nuclear Medicine TechnologistA current NSW Radiation User Licence, or eligibility to obtain,
