The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is seeking an APS6 National Contact Centre Auslan Service Officer Team Leader in Chatswood, NSW.
The role focuses on leading a team that communicates with Deaf and hard-of-hearing participants in Auslan to navigate the NDIS and resolve enquiries.The ideal candidate has fluent Auslan and strong leadership experience in a complex contact centre.
Adaptable hybrid working arrangements may be considered to support service delivery and training
