This full‐time role is based in Chatswood, NSW, responsible for delivering engaging product training, localising global materials, and representing HONOR across retail channels and events.About the RoleYou will design and deliver retail training programs for smartphones, tablets and AIoT products, support product launches, and act as a brand ambassador across major retail partners.
This role works closely with local marketing, retail partners, and global HQ teams.What You'll Be DoingDeliver retail training programs across major partnersLocalise global training materials for the Australian marketConduct in-store training, workshops, webinars, and demosPresent at retail meetings, partner events,



and launch sessionsSupport retail readiness for product launchesProvide product updates and sales enablement toolsGather retail feedback to improve training programsRepresent HONOR with professionalism and product expertiseWhat We're Looking For3–5+ years in retail training, sales enablement, or product training (ideally tech/consumer electronics)Solid presentation and communication skillsKnowledge of smartphones and consumer techExperience developing or localising training contentConfident presenter and brand ambassadorHighly organised, collaborative, and comfortable with travelWhat We OfferCollaborative office environment in ChatswoodOpportunity to work closely with global teams and major retail partners
