Freedom Tyres imports, warehouses & distributes tyres nationally with large warehouses located in VIC, QLD, NSW, SA & WA.Freedom Tyres Queensland has an exciting opportunity for experienced & motivated Business Development Manager that thrives on creating new business, managing & growing business with existing customers & value adding to the entire branch's performance.The Job:Responsible for contributing to Freedom Tyres QLD sales growth, improving our market share, dealer network & enhancing the overall purchasing experience for our customers.Working autonomously to maximise sales opportunities in existing accounts in addition to the creation of new accounts.Developing sales solutions & meeting customer needs through strong relationship management & communications.Working externally to support existing accounts & building new business opportunities as well as internally to provide sales/sales administration support, as required.Responsible for achieving sales targets, contributing to budget development,



researching & penetrating new markets.Providing regular segment, customer & product performance analysis & insight to assist product development & marketing plan development.Providing timely, accurate, & competitive pricing, proposals, & resolution of any customer issues.The Person:Self-motivated, well presented, outgoing, & energetic.Well-developed negotiation skills combined with an ability to influence others through an innovative & persuasive approach.Solid networking skills & an ability to deal with a wide variety of customers & larger corporate companies.Experience in the transport industry will be highly regarded.Solid foundation of Office suite of programs & experience with Costar software would be an advantage.A high level of integrity and the ability to work independently to achieve the local team results.The Requirements:Knowledge of &/or experience with tyres is preferred, but not essential.Minimum 3-5 years of demonstrated sales and business development experience is required.Strong business acumen & relationship building skills.A valid QLD driver's licence.Australian work rights are required for this position.A company vehicle & mobile phone will be provided.Freedom Tyres is an equal chance employer
