Part of the CSR family, our Operational Excellence Business Unit is undertaking the delivery of a current major Capital Works program.
We are currently embarking upon one of the biggest capital works programs in the organisation's history, with significant upgrades of our manufacturing and logistics sites to ensure we can meet our future business objectives.We are seeking a PMO Analyst to support the delivery of our capital program by assisting with project reporting, analysis, governance support and process improvement.
This role will help ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed standards, controls, schedules and budgets, while providing accurate insights to support decision‐making.

Primary travel locations include Ingleburn, Wetherill Park, and Bringelly.
There may be rare interstate travel to Brisbane or Perth if business needs require it.Key responsibilities:Develop and maintain project performance dashboards, status reports, and portfolio summariesCollaborate with Project Managers to collect, validate, and analyse project dataSupport financial tracking, forecasting, reporting, and auditing across projects and portfoliosMonitor schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependenciesIdentify, track, and mitigate portfolio-level risks and safety issuesEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to reporting standardsMaintain project documentation, registers, lessons learned,
and audit trailsAssist with resource tracking and planning across the portfolioTrack and support benefits realisation activitiesImprove and automate reporting processes where possibleContribute to continuous improvement, standards uplift, and portfolio maturityBuild and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across all levelsProvide general project support to delivery teamsSupport corporate and team KPI achievementWhat you bring to the role:5+ years' experience in project management or PMO rolesStrong organisational, time management, and coordination skillsProficient in MS Project, Power BI, Excel, and PPM toolsUnderstanding of project methodologies in construction/manufacturing/heavy industryKnowledge of data governance, data quality, and process improvementExperience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsConfident communicator across technical and business teamsRelevant tertiary qualification in project managementProactive, improvement-focused mindsetIndustry experience in construction, manufacturing, or heavy industry desirableWhat we offer:We strive to support your professional and personal growth.
