We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help design, build, and scale modern web applications across our platform.
You'll work end-to-end across the stack.
From crafting intuitive frontends to developing robust backend services using Node.js, TypeScript, React, Next.js, and PostgreSQL.This is a Brisbane-based hybrid role, with 3 days in our office and 2 days WFH each week.
It's ideal for engineers with 4+ years of experience who are ready to take on greater ownership, contribute to technical direction, and help mentor others as our team grows.What You'll Be DoingDesigning and developing features across the full stack: frontend (React/Next.js/Tailwind CSS) and backend (Node.js/TypeScript/PostgreSQL)Creating and consuming RESTful APIs and building scalable, secure servicesWriting and maintaining robust automated tests (Cypress, Jest, etc.)Setting up and optimising CI/CD pipelines with GitHub ActionsDeploying and managing applications on AWSCollaborating closely with product and QA teams to deliver high-quality featuresParticipating in code reviews, architectural discussions, and engineering improvementsSupporting and mentoring less experienced team members, leading the engineering activities within your squad and ensuring the sprints are on trackWhat You'll Bring (Must Have)4+ years of professional experience as a full stack engineerExperience with AI agents, generative AI coding, or AI-enhanced developer workflowsStrong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript in production environmentsSolid frontend skills with React, Next.js, and modern UI best practicesExperience building APIs and working with relational databases (PostgreSQL)A passion for clean, testable, and scalable codeExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and fast-paced delivery cyclesExperience with mentoring, team collaboration,
