innovation and continuous improvement are encouragedThe opportunity to work with sponsors who view Novotech as a true strategic partnerWhat You'll Be DoingAs a CRA, you will play a critical role in ensuring clinical trials are conducted safely, ethically and efficiently while building strong partnerships with investigators, study coordinators, pharmacists and sponsors.You will:Independently manage and monitor assigned sitesUse critical thinking to guide delivery of assigned projectsBuild robust relationships to partner with investigators and site personnelDrive site performance and patient recruitmentHave strong support from dedicated IHCRA and Regulatory Start-Up teamsPartner with sponsors and internal teams to successfully deliver clinical trialsProtect participant safety and ensure the quality and integrity of clinical trial dataWhat We're Looking ForCRA IIRequires at least 6 months independent monitoring experienceCRA IIIRequires at least 2 years independent monitoring experienceYou will also have:A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Health Sciences or a related disciplineStrong communication and relationship-building skillsSound knowledge of ICH-GCP and clinical trial conductA proactive, solutions-focused mindsetA passion for clinical research and improving outcomes for patientsBe an Australian Citizen or Permanent ResidentEligibilityYou must have unrestricted working rights in Australia.
