This role offers a unique chance to lead and shape projects that have a real impact on our organisation's success.As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our customer's strategic initiatives ensuring seamless execution.
You will oversee and execute a wide range of complex projects.
Drawing on your extensive experience and expertise, you will apply agile and hybrid project management methodologies to plan effectively, monitor, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards.About the roleDevelop detailed project plans to resource, track, document, and mitigate risks and issuesAscertain internal and external stakeholder matrices and coordinate with internal resources and external vendorsBuild and maintain strong client relationships and manage the project communications, ensuring clear communication of scope, schedule, and risks/issuesMeasure and manage project performance, escalate issues where appropriate, and ensure adequate resources are allocatedAchieve successful project lifecycle delivery within scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring quality outcomes for our customersAdhere to and champion the FAIR project delivery methodology to ensure project successContribute to the continual improvement of the project delivery artefacts and PMO services at FAIR, ensuring the artefacts and services continue to meet relevant quality expectationsAbout you:5+ years of Project Management experience with a focus on SAP S/4HANA and/or BTP projects gained in consulting environments- 3-4 E2E projects - 1 ECCSolid understanding and experience of various project delivery methods (Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid)
and end-to-end project delivery life cycles (from pre-sales transition to delivery phase, through full project lifecycle and into the transition to ongoing application support.Strong communication skills and collaborative approach, ability to engage with stakeholders at all levelsExcellent multi-tasking skills and the ability to manage strict deadlinesExperience and/or strong understanding in different functions of the project team will be highly regarded (Project Management, Schedule Management, Scrum Master, Business Analyst, Test Management, Cutover Management, Bid management, Change Management understanding, etc.), and flexibility to perform a range of functions depending on the particular project is essentialProficient in working with various project delivery tools such as: Atlassian products (Confluence and Jira), RocketLane, MS.Project, etc., and willingness to align with FAIR or client toolsetsDesired SkillsExperience with B2B and B2C in Manufacturing, FMCG, Utilities and/or Retail is an advantageProject implementation experience of SAP S4HANA Public cloud, SAP CX and BTP is highly regardedExperience in delivering projects utilising SAP Activate methodology would be viewed favourably.Our Culture:What's most significant at FAIR?
