We are seeking a BI Reporting Specialist to join our Technology & Transformation team at Ixom.
In this role, you will play a key part in transforming data into meaningful insights that support better business decisions.You will contribute to the development and execution of Ixom's Business Intelligence strategy by enhancing reporting capabilities, improving governance, and enabling data-driven decision‐making across the organisationKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualise key business metricsCollaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insightsAnalyse complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunitiesSupport BI project delivery aligned to business prioritiesEstablish and maintain reporting standards, templates, and governance frameworksEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and security across reporting outputsRationalise and streamline existing reports to improve efficiencySupport and train users in accessing and interpreting Power BI reportsBuild and foster a network of Power BI "Super Users" across the businessContribute to continuous improvement of BI tools, processes, and capabilitiesProvide support to key initiatives, including SAP S/4 HANA readinessWho are we looking for?
You are a detail-oriented and analytical qualified with a passion for data and storytelling through insights.You will bring:Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related disciplineHands‐on experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reporting solutionsStrong understanding of data modelling, data warehousing concepts,
