The ideal candidate will combine strong technical accounting skills with strategic thinking and operational excellence to support the organisation's growth and financial health.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance across all pharmacy locationsLead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely month-end processes, reconciliations, and closeDevelop and maintain robust internal controls and financial policies to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with healthcare regulationsManage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies and ensure timely filing of all required reportsAnalyse financial data and operational metrics to identify trends, opportunities for cost savings, and areas for process improvementSupport budgeting and forecasting processes of multiple departments by providing accurate financial data and analysis to inform strategic decision-makingOversee inventory accounting and reconciliation,
