Directly influence delivery outcomes and site performanceInnovative & diverse cultureDue to continued growth at our Mackay site, we're seeking a Production Coordinator to drive planning, manage WIP, and keep operations running efficiently.About Your Role:As the Production Coordinator, you will play a key role in aligning materials, resources, and schedules with forecasted work—reducing delays, improving delivery timelines, and supporting a high-performing workshop environment.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate production schedules and planningMonitor and manage WIP to reduce bottlenecks and delaysEnsure materials and resources are aligned with demandWork closely with operations, procurement, and warehouse teamsProvide insights and reporting to support smarter, proactive decisionsAbout You:Minimum 5 years' experience in planning role within a workshop or heavy industry environmentStrong organisational and stakeholder management skillsSAP or ERP experience (highly regarded)Solutions-focused, adaptable, and proactiveQualifications:Engineering or Trade Qualifications will be highly regardedGrowing site with strong pipeline of workMake a visible impact on performance and delivery outcomesFocus on continuous improvement and operational excellenceA collaborative,
