With a strong pipeline of major projects, we are growing our Utilities team and are seeking an experienced Utilities Coordinator to join us.About The RoleWe have opportunities for an Intermediate and a Senior Utilities Coordinator within our community Development Utilities team.
As a Utilities Coordinator, you will play a key role in the planning, design and delivery of utilities for major civil, transport infrastructure and renewable energy projects across NSW.
Working within a multidisciplinary setting, you will coordinate complex utility interfaces, manage stakeholders, and drive outcomes that support project success.
Previous experience in coordinating the delivery of utilities,
providing technical advice to both project teams and clients will assist you greatly in fulfilling the responsibilities listed below.This role can be based in either Sydney or Wollongong Stantec office.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the coordination and management of utility design activities across major projectsInterface with utility authorities to manage approvals, relocations, and service protection strategiesDeliver utilities coordination for large civil, transport infrastructure and renewable energy projectsManage projects from initial lodgement through to delivery, ensuring programme and budget targets are metCollaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to develop practical and innovative solutionsUndertake data analysis and technical reviews to support project outcomes
