Seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead our growing Rydalmere workshop team.
This hands‐on leadership role is responsible for coordinating installations, servicing, repairs and maintenance of cranes, hookloaders and associated equipment while ensuring outstanding safety, quality and customer outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate workshop and field service activitiesManage installations, servicing, repairs and maintenance of Palfinger equipmentPlan and schedule workshop workloads to meet customer delivery commitmentsAllocate labour, parts, equipment and subcontractor resources effectivelyMonitor productivity, labour utilisation and workshop performanceProvide technical support and resolve operational issuesLead, coach and develop a multiskilled teamConduct performance reviews, training and onboarding activitiesMaintain solid customer relationships and provide regular job updatesEnsure all work meets Palfinger quality standards and compliance requirementsDrive a culture of safety,
accountability and continuous improvementAbout YouYou will be a proven workshop leader with strong technical and people management skills, ideally within heavy vehicle, transport equipment, manufacturing or engineering environments.
