Success in this role will come from your ability to coach well, stay close to the detail, and turn everyday execution into sustained commercial results.What you'll be accountable forLeading, coaching and developing your to deliver consistent, high-quality executionBuild strong relationships with key in-store stakeholders across your territoryDrive merchandising standards, compliance and promotional execution across Coles,
Woolworths and IndependentsSpotting and converting incremental sales opportunities within existing accountsManaging your patch with real ownership-using data, judgement and local knowledge to improve performancePartnering with the broader field team to deliver state and national priorities consistently and at paceWhat will set you up for successWe're looking for someone who combines commercial instinct with strong field leadership and a bias for action.
