This role can be based out of regional QLD or within the Brisbane location.
We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Regional Livestock Manager to grow our livestock finance business and build strong industry relationships.Main Responsibilities(must be demonstrated in your application letter/resume)Develop and grow relationships with private livestock agenciesIdentify and convert corporate and large-scale business opportunitiesBuild and manage broker and referral partner networksDeliver tailored pitch presentations to clients and partnersRespond to direct enquiries and convert new business opportunitiesPrepare credit submissions and support lending decisionsManage ongoing customer relationships and conduct on-site visitsMonitor portfolio performance, including arrears and complianceRequirementsEducation / Experience / SkillsStrong experience in agribusiness, livestock or commercial lendingProven ability to generate new business and build relationshipsStrong networks across livestock agencies, brokers or rural sectorsCommercial acumen with sound risk awarenessExcellent communication and presentation skillsSelf-driven, outcomes-focused and comfortable working autonomously
