We're seeking a proactive, commercially minded Franchise Site Acquisition Manager to actively uncover recent location opportunities across Australia.
This is a newly created role with a very clear objective: help us increase the number of quality new Fernwood locations entering our development pipeline.
You'll work closely with and report to our National Franchise Manager.Key responsibilitiesProactively identify potential Fernwood locations within priority areas and growth marketsBuild and maintain strong relationships with commercial and retail leasing agentsRegularly search commercial property platforms and off-market opportunitiesContact agents, landlords and developers regarding current and upcoming opportunitiesDrive target areas, identify potential sites and follow up opportunitiesKeep abreast of new developments, shopping precincts and emerging commercial areasUndertake initial screening of opportunities against Fernwood's site requirementsGather key information including size, location,
