The National Disability Insurance Agency is seeking an APS6 National Contact Centre Auslan Service Officer Team Leader to lead a team delivering accessible support to Deaf and hard of hearing participants via Auslan video, email and webchat.
You will supervise up to 15 staff, drive service quality, and ensure effective communication in Auslan across channels.Ideal candidates will demonstrate fluent Auslan, real-time video communication, and prior team leadership in a complex contact centre
