In this role, you'll prepare and program steel components for fabrication, ensuring drawings, nesting, and machine programs are accurate and ready for production.What you will be responsible for:Programming structural steel components for fabricationCreating and optimising nests for CNC machineryInterpreting engineering and fabrication drawingsReviewing drawings and specifications for accuracyLiaising with stakeholders to resolve technical issuesMaintaining accurate records and documentationLineal programming experience (essential)Experience with Raptor or DisxStrong understanding of steel fabrication processesAbility to read and interpret engineering and workshop drawingsAttention to detail and a commitment to accuracyStrong communication and problem-solving skillsProfessional but relaxed company cultureGenerous parental leave policyOn the job trainingEmployee Assistance ProgrammeAt Vulcan, we believe that being a diverse and inclusive workplace makes us better in every way.
