Go Green Aus Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced A Grade Electrician for Solar, Battery, Heat Pump & HVAC Installation to join our growing team in Truganina, VIC.
This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in the installation and maintenance of renewable energy systems, battery storage solutions, heat pump technology and HVAC systems.
Your expertise will be fundamental to delivering high-quality electrical work that meets industry standards and customer expectations.
This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects at the forefront of sustainable energy solutions, contributing to Go Green Aus Pty Ltd's mission to provide innovative green technology installations across Victoria.Key responsibilitiesInstall, test and commission solar photovoltaic systems, including roof-top and ground-mounted arraysInstall, configure and maintain battery energy storage systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety complianceCarry out electrical work on heat pump systems, including connection, testing and troubleshootingPerform electrical installation and maintenance tasks on HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) systemsAdhere to all relevant electrical codes, building regulations and safety standards during installationsConduct thorough testing and diagnostics of electrical systems to ensure proper functionalityLiaise with customers to explain system operation, maintenance requirements and safety featuresMaintain accurate records of installations, testing results and maintenance activitiesCollaborate with site supervisors,



engineers and other tradespeople to ensure projects are completed on time and to specificationIdentify and resolve electrical faults and issues in a timely and professional mannerWhat we're looking forValid A Grade electrical licence recognised in VictoriaCurrent First Aid certification and Working with Children Check (WWCC), where applicableProven experience installing solar PV systems, battery storage solutions, heat pumps or HVAC systemsStrong knowledge of electrical codes, standards and safety regulations relevant to renewable energy and HVAC installationsCompetency in using testing equipment such as multimeters, insulation testers and solar analysersExperience working at heights and familiarity with fall prevention and scaffolding safetyExcellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detailStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a teamFull valid driving licence and willingness to travel to job sites across the regionPreferably, experience with smart energy systems and energy management platformsPreferably,
