Our client is a 15+ year established Australian digital marketing business helping businesses generate billions in leads, customers and revenue through digital!
They're looking to add high-performing BDMs to their growing sales team.
This is a genuine hunter/closer role for someone who loves prospecting, speaking with business owners and winning new business.
You'll be selling proven digital marketing solutions across SEO, websites, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media and broader digital strategies.

BDMs are averaging $50K–$80K+ in monthly TCV, with top performers consistently delivering $200K–$300K+ per month.
There is genuine $200K+ OTE potential, with no ceiling for high performers.
What we're looking for:
2+ years B2B current business sales experienceExperience selling digital marketing, SaaS, technology,



advertising or professional servicesConfidence cold calling and speaking with business ownersStrong commercial and consultative selling skillsThe ability to sell value, not priceStrong follow-up and pipeline disciplineA self-motivated, competitive approachYou don't necessarily need to be a digital marketing expert.
What you'll be doing:
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close.
Follow up warm inbound opportunitiesGenerate your own outbound pipelineProspect and cold call Australian businessesRun discovery calls with business ownersPresent solutions via ZoomSell across SEO, websites, Google Ads, Meta Ads and moreHandle objections, negotiate and closeManage your pipeline and CRMWork closely with marketing, strategy and delivery teams
The Package:
Base: $100K–$140K + Super (dependent on experience)
Commission:
4% on $50K TCV7% on $100K TCVPaid the following monthUncapped
Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days remote
Stage 1: Casual conversation
Stage 2: Zoom interview
Stage 3: Face-to-face
This isn't an account management or order-taking role.
It's for a hunter.
