Chisholm's culture of Belonging & Inclusion strives to promote a self-regulating culture that enhances the experiences of our employees, students and communities.About The RoleReporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, in this position you key responsibilities include:Act as a key liaison between Chisholm and the broader community and/or industry.Build and strengthen Chisholm's profile, partnerships and community presence across Melbourne's south east.Foster strong relationships with local government, industry peak bodies, employers and community leaders.Lead industry advisory groups to ensure training aligns with workforce needs.Manage and grow the Chisholm Skills and Job Centre, ensuring delivery of quality employment and training outcomes.Manage stakeholder events, partnerships and executive engagement opportunities.Deliver measurable outcomes through planning, reporting and budget management.About YouYou are an experience stakeholder engagement professional working with industry, government and community.Be commercially astute, balancing community outcomes with business growth opportunities.Be a confident communicator who can represent Chisholm at various forums.Be passionate about education,
