You'll report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and take ownership of the day to day finance function, with the autonomy to shape process, not just maintain it.You'll lead a small team of 2 to 3, oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and reconciliations, and take responsibility for monthly management accounts, budgets and forecasts.
Multi-entity international finance is a core part of this role, so experience with VAT obligations and cross-border operations will matter here.
