You'll have opportunities to deepen your expertise while working alongside talented teams delivering meaningful outcomes for our clients.Required Skills & Qualifications3-5+ years' experience in UI Design, Product Design, UX/UI Design or related disciplines.Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design thinking and problem-solving capability.Advanced proficiency with design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma.Experience conducting usability testing and applying user research insights to design outcomes.Strong understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design principles.Experience working within Agile and multidisciplinary delivery teams.Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to translate complex requirements into straightforward, intuitive, and engaging user experiences.Australian Citizen with active NV1 Security Clearance.
