Clinical Care Coordinator The OpportunityWe're looking for a clinically strong and motivated Registered Nurse to step into a newly created Clinical Care Coordinator position with an established not-for-profit aged care provider.This is a great prospect for someone who enjoys being hands-on clinically while also supporting and developing others.
You'll play an important role in maintaining high standards of care, mentoring the clinical team and helping drive positive outcomes for residents.Ideally, you'll bring around three years of residential aged care experience.
