This is a senior position for someone with a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, regulatory compliance and the day-to-day requirements of operating a high-quality early childhood education and care service.Key responsibilitiesOversee the centre's regulatory and compliance requirementsSupport the Approved Provider, management team and educatorsReview and maintain policies, procedures and compliance systemsPrepare the service for Assessment and RatingReview and maintain the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP)Conduct internal compliance audits and identify areas requiring improvementEnsure educator practices align with the National Quality Standard and National Quality FrameworkMonitor documentation, staff records,



training requirements and regulatory obligationsProvide practical guidance and training to educators and responsible personsImplement systems that support consistent compliance across the serviceAbout youMinimum of 5 years' experience as a Nominated Supervisor, Compliance Manager or in a comparable senior early childhood compliance roleStrong working knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standard, Education and Care Services National Law and National RegulationsDirect experience with Assessment and RatingDemonstrated history of helping early childhood services improve their NQS performancePersonally assisted a service rated Working Towards NQS to achieve Meeting NQS or Exceeding NQSConfident identifying compliance gaps and putting practical corrective measures in placeCapable of working with educators, management and the Approved Provider to achieve measurable improvementsAbout usSt Paul & St Anthony Child Care Centre is an early childhood education and care service.
