We foster a collaborative, values-driven culture focused on innovation, integrity, and continuous improvement.The OpportunityWe are seeking a motivated Warehouse Manager to lead our Warehouse team based at our brand new, state-of-the-art head office and warehouse in Kemps Creek NSW.
Reporting to the National Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for leading the NSW warehouse operation to ensure it consistently operates safely, efficiently, and compliantly while achieving operational KPI targets and budget expectations.
You will oversee a team across warehouse and distribution functions, driving performance, accountability, and customer service excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and promote a strong safety-first culture across the siteManage daily warehouse and distribution operations to achieve operational KPI targetsDrive DIFOT, inventory accuracy, order fulfilment, pallet control, and scanning complianceLead and develop warehouse team members through coaching, mentoring, and trainingEnsure compliance with WHS policies,



operational procedures, and company controlsManage stock control processes including cycle counts and variance analysisBuild strong relationships with freight providers and internal stakeholdersIdentify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across operationsMonitor warehouse performance and provide regular KPI reportingThe Ideal CandidateMinimum 5 years' experience managing a large warehouse and distribution operationExperience within FMCG, manufacturing, or industrial environmentsProven leadership experience managing and developing teamsStrong understanding of warehouse compliance, WHS, and operational controlsExperience using SAP WM or similar warehouse management systemsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsA proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvementWhy Join ARDEX?
